The UAE brackets fall sharply above 5 kg and again above 10 kg. If you are sending several small parcels to the same receiver, one consolidated box is usually meaningfully cheaper. Check both shapes in the calculator before you book.
Medicines need the prescription with them
Personal medication is generally acceptable in reasonable quantity, but the UAE is strict about what is in the box. Send a copy of the prescription with the parcel and name the medicine on the invoice. Some formulations legal in India are controlled in the UAE, so check before you send.
A receiver phone number is not optional
UAE delivery is arranged by phone far more often than by address alone. A wrong or missing mobile number is the most common cause of a delayed final delivery on this lane.

How long does a courier from India to Dubai take?
Typically 5 to 7 days from pickup to delivery, subject to customs clearance. The live estimate shows on the booking screen before you pay.
What is the courier charge from India to the UAE per kg?
It depends on the chargeable weight, because the lane is priced in brackets and the per-kg rate falls as weight rises. Enter the real weight and box dimensions in the rate calculator for the exact figure. There is no markup or fuel surcharge added afterwards.
Can I send medicines from India to the UAE?
Personal quantities of prescribed medicine are generally acceptable when the prescription travels with the parcel and the medicine is named on the invoice. Controlled substances and some formulations sold freely in India are not permitted. Confirm before booking.
How is the courier charge to the UAE calculated?
On chargeable weight, which is the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight of the box. Volumetric weight is length x width x height in centimetres divided by 5000. The rate calculator applies the same brackets our operations team sees, so the figure you get before booking is the figure you pay. Indian GST of 18 percent is added on top of the freight.
Do you pick the parcel up from my address?
Yes. Book online and hand the parcel to the pickup partner at your door. Pickup covers addresses across India, and the domestic leg to our Mumbai export hub is included in the price you were quoted.
Who pays customs duty at the other end?
Duties and taxes in the destination country are set by that country's customs authority and are payable by the receiver. Delivo does not set them and cannot waive them. Your Delivo charge covers the freight, the export formalities at Mumbai and GST in India.
Can I track a shipment to the UAE?
